Everything!!!!Dr Carver and Dr Jane along with their staff are amazing. Dr Carver did the breeding (utilizing fresh chilled semen flown in) and delivered the pups. Her expertise and care are bar none the best I have ever had!!!! You will not find a more dedicated staff and doctors!!!

I highly recommend Town and Country Animal Hospital. My experiences with Dr. Carver for canine reproductive issues have been extremely successful, and Dr. Chetkowski recently performed a rather involved dental with amazing results. I have been treated with kindness, compassion and courtesy by ALL their staff members and appreciate the after-hours and weekend texts and phone calls to assure the status of my animals. Both veterinarians are extremely well-qualified and their vet techs and office staff make every visit smooth and stress-free. The hospital is immaculate. I feel very fortunate to have discovered T & C Animal Hospital and am grateful for the services they provide and the care and treatment available to my animals. All the staff at Town and Country are wonderful - always very friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Carver is a savior with her reproductive services, so knowledgeable and always goes way above and beyond what is expected. She has helped us tremendously in many situations and will not give up until there is a solution. Dr Carver has even contacted me at home while whelping pups to be sure all is going smooth and given very helpful info!!I always refer people their way when somebody asks, and they always make a point to say they're just as satisfied as I am! AMAZING PLACE! I called them this morning in desperate need of an emergency c section for Nala. They took her in immediately, didn't worry about payment until she was already on the table (ASH refused to do anything without 4 grand upfront) and they were honest, respectful, and you could tell taking care for animals is their passion. I love this place. They were able to save my dog and 2/3 pups and I'm forever appreciative and thankful.

I had a really bad vet experience with another vet so as a suggestion by a friend I brought my puppy here. And let me just say the Service is on believably wonderful! Best vet ever! When I brought my puppy in for the first time I have just got her. she was 4 months old and I have never had a dog before so I have a lot of questions. The vet tech sat with me for over an hour and walk me through everything! She was great! And Dr. Carver don't even know where to begin, she is wonderful! They are always checking up on us after my dog got a little cold and a few allergy. They called to see how she was doing! Like it just goes to show how much they truly love their clients! I live over 45 min away form there office. I live in fort myers so it quite the drive but I don't mind doing it because I know my dog is in the Best hands!

It was a difficult decision to lay our dog, Sam, of almost 17 years, to rest. But the staff at Town and Country were very helpful. On the day of the procedure, they did not have us wait, but brought us right into a private room and were very sensitive to our needs. After several bad experiences with other vets here in Naples, I was referred to Town and Country ( since 2005) and I will never change. Dr. Chet and Dr. Gonzalez are Wonderful and have helped pull my babies through some very bad things and I will always be grateful. And the staff is excellent!

My experience with Dr. Carver left me feeling like I'd just taken my gentle kitty to the Wicked Witch of the West. My fur baby is 10 years-old and never ever scratches or bites-she's always been a total cuddler. I brought her in for an eye injury, which was clearly causing her severe pain and Dr. Carver was so rough with her that my furry girl hissed and bit her. Dr. Carver abruptly reacted with fury, insensitivity, and vindictiveness. She refused treatment to our kitty because she hadn't had her annual rabies vaccine and then called the only veterinary eye specialist in Collier County to tell her NOT to treat our kitty because she wasn't current on her Rabies. Of note-our fur baby is an INDOOR cat and has been her entire life. I was pained and outraged by Dr. Carver's callous treatment of our furry girl. Her vengeful response will forever by linked in my mind to the Wicked Witch of the West's reaction when the otherwise loving Toto bites her. Our furry family members are beyond wise in ascertaining the true nature of those they encounter and Dr. Carver's cruelness was clearly apparent to my sweet girl.

I came home to a dog vomiting and pooping blood. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They ran some tests and sent us home with some meds that helped immediately. Dr Jean noticed the rash on Sophie’s head, she Took a scrapping of her head to see what it was and sent me home with meds for that too! I have been trying to get that cleared up for years! A very kind and competent staff!

I had BAD experience with this vet.I went there for second opinion ! My dog needs surgery but instead of that the vet suggested put my dog down!Looks like The surgeon Vet does not have enough experience because she suggested put my dog down because my dog has a bigger heart than usual size and she taught she will die during the surgery. My dog got surgery in Lehigh acre vet and she is perfectly fine ,happy & well !Every animal after surgery needs to stay next day in the hospital to get the liquid I don’t know if this Vet provides that and that’s why maybe her dog and cat patient are dying after surgery! Please be very careful with your animals going to that vet !

Although it was years ago they were terrible. Did not give my dog enough pain meds after her spay and she was in immense pain trying to lift her into my car and they neglected her. When picked her up she had dried up vomit all inside her cone. She had been throwing up and nobody had noticed or even bothered cleaning it up before I picked her up. They didn’t give a crap about my dog.

We were told about this vet by a family member, and they really surpassed our ur expectations. The staff is so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they take the time to fully & thoroughly answer as many questions as you have. We are so happy with the treatment our dog receives here and it feels great knowing we can trust the staff to take great care of our animals! Definitely recommend.

I have been a vet tech for 26 years. I'm the history of these counties. I even work at my own vet. Love my Dr's and co-workers. However my vet lacked the experience and skills to get done what my pup needed.Dr Craver and Staff were Great!!! All nice and compassionate.Dr. Craver smart, intelligent and a good surgeon!! 😇😇😇It's nice also not to get turfured off to the speciality clinics and pay their high prices.I will be making more future visits and recommending Town and Country

AVOID!My cat Died from a rabies vaccine and these people refuse treatment Unless they can jab your pet. Collier county has had Zero cases of domestic rabies so Zero Vaccines for my pets! COVID vac killed people so wake up!

I am very disappointed, because this Vet is a reproductive Vet, and wanted her to be my Vet, I feel I must share that if anyone needs health certificates for their puppies DO NOT GO HERE! I am a responsible breeder of 40 years. I know how things work. They kept me there 2 1/2 hours while they decided finally they could not do health certificates, if a dog is not yet placed. I am licensed , and was fined by Animal Control, because Dr Carver did not do her job. The Animal Control Officers said they had never heard of such a thing...local VETS DO GIVE health certificates for pups that have not yet been placed. All the time! They charged a ridiculous amount of $, for something I could not use. Her writing was illegible, for my puppy families to read. I was FINED for their MISTAKE! Its such a shame...I REALLY wanted this to work. Red flags, desk staff rude in the past...seemed really unhappy. I kept going because I WAS TRYING. She made a mistake and would NOT OWN IT. SAD but true.

We live in Michigan and spend our winters in Naples, Florida. We prefer to take our 3 year old Labrador Retriever to Town and Country Animal Hospital for her yearly vaccines and examination. Brought our 3 pets in for grooming which should have coat $180. One of needed a shot, which we expected to cost more. By the time all was said and done, our bill was in excess of $480 without our approval or being told before any services were provided.I would suggest you get an explanation of charges prior to dropping your pet off at their facility.

I went here based on the good reviews and should’ve turned around when I first saw the place. Not clean and in a bad area. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Got my dogs nails trimmed and they made her bleed on 4 nails. She also had teeth cleaned (which was a huge stretch of faith) the doctor called me and very clearly said she needed to pull two teeth. After picking her up, the doctor had pulled three teeth. Without telling me. She also was having an issue with eye allergies. The doctor gave her some medicine that didn’t even work. Had to switch over to a different veT and pay over $100 to revisit and fix her eye issue that this place didn’t. I can’t believe all the positive reviews on this place.

We are visiting from out of town and my Rottweiler was suffering from an ear infection. Town & Country Animal Hospital made it quick and easy to be seen as a new patient. My dog is VERY difficult at the vet and they handled him extremely well. Dr. Jane was great. She asked so many important questions about my dog's overall well being, even though we were there for an ear infection. Highly recommend their veterinary services!

Needed a Naples veterinarian for my pup’s updated immunizations. Town & Country took us in within a week of me contacting them and they were amazing. The office staff, vet tech and lead veterinarian were so compassionate every step of the way. So pleased that we have found our “snow bird” veterinarian practice that’s also only 3 miles away. Bonus is they also have Science Diet products (amongst other items) for sale. Highly recommended!

My dog is my baby and they treat her with the same love I give to her. That is very important to me. Dr. Jane is always ready to answer questions and give advice. I use their grooming service right next door also and I have been very pleased. So convenient and her groomer, Devon, loves her almost as much as I do. My entire street takes their pets here. Called to set a appointment for my dog that possibly has cancer and my vet referred me to town n country,. Talked to the first person and she set up appointment for me and took a 150 dollar deposit to hold spot and said that after Dr reviewed our dogs chart she would call us back, so 2 days later, since we got no call we called back and talked to a different person that told us many different things that were not true and acted like she don’t care about our pet or us for that matter, told us things and fhen did the opposite, so we called back and talked to the so called manager who told us the dr called and left a message with our vet which was false then said maybe the dr had wrong number but it’s on the letter head that our vet sent to town n country. But still didn’t want to refund our deposit because they don’t have the equipment to perform the procedure and they canceled our appointment. But yet we text messages and phone calls confirming our appointment that they cancelled! VERY POORLY RAN OFFICE, and no compassion for us or our pet…. To the staff if you don’t like your job then maybe you should find a new one. Found a new new place after research with our vet that when we called was very professional and caring! Maybe this is a blessing in disguise, our pet will be better off not going to town n country!!!

Dr Jane and Dr Carver are the most caring veterinary's in Naples. They have been taking care of my two beagles, Kelly and Gigi for the past two years. Unfortunately Kelly Passed this year. My little Gigi has cushings desease, and right now off the medication and in remission. They follow up with updates, and let you know the best route to go. The Staff are caring and polite. The hospital is spotless. Everyone that had any animal should go here and have the best care.

I had the doctor look at my 11 year old German Shepherd Titus. His issue with his right rear hip and she recommended some pain medicine and some anti-inflammatory medication and it's been 4 days and I have seen a vast Improvement in the way that he's walking now. Very happy with service.

I recently brought my new puppy for his first visit with Dr. Jane. From the checking in process to the checking out process everything and everyone was exceptional. I recently adopted a dog from DAS and was recommended highly from multiple sources to go to this vet. DAS gave us a list of vets that offer free first exams which this vet was on. I called to book an appt and was told I needed to go online and fill out a form for a new client and would be called if there was an appt available within those 10 days (for free exam). I was called back and was told there was a cancellation and they could get her in the next day (I was thrilled and grateful). They asked if I had any concerns and told the lady that she had this weird cough and wanted it to be addressed on our visit. She informed me that there would be an extra cost if an additional exam or services were needed. I was totally understanding of that.We arrived at our appt and was not greeted friendly. The lady said “who are you checking in” I said my dogs name and she walked to the back and didn’t acknowledge me or even say go ahead and have a seat, the vet will be right with you. NOTHING. The other lady at the front asked if we had been helped since I was still standing there and I answered “I’m not sure” the lady who originally helped yelled from the back “they’ve already been checked in”.We get into the exam room and the nurse asked us if we noticed any issues or had any concerns. I told her about the cough I had told the lady who called to book my appt about. She said “ok well since she’s sick I just want you to know your free exam will not be honored since there’s an issue” we then told her she did not seem sick but we wanted to address the cough and that was not what we were originally told” (I reiterated my phone conversation with her) she said “well you were told misguided information and I apologize but that is not our policy” we decided to stay and continue with the exam since we needed to at least have her checked. The nurse came back in before the vet and continued to tell us that “we do this as a service to the community for healthy dogs adopted from DAS and are not responsible for doing an exam on a sick dog”The vet walked in and assessed the dog. She said she was not acting sick or had any other signs or symptoms but could probably say it was upper respiratory. She continued on about possible antibiotic treatment and how we need to highly consider receiving flu vaccine as well. There was no conversation about heart worm or other vaccinations that were needed.We left and paid the extra fee but am completely frustrated, confused and puzzled. How could a place so highly recommended give such horrible customer service without thorough direction or communication.

I highly recommend Town and Country Animal Hospital. Their staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional and Dr.Jane and Dr. Carver are the best. They are extremely thorough and give you as much time as you need to explain everything. Our Labs are usually a little nervous before the visit but are then relaxed with the staff and Doctors during and after their visit. We have called for copies of our Pets records while out of state and the staff was extremely responsive, and concerned that our pets were OK. They sent us the records immediately.

We are so Happy to have Dr. Jane, Dr. Carver, and staff in our Lives!We have 3 Cats and a Dog now, but when we first came to know Town and Country Animal Hospital we had 7 cats and 2 dogs. With the help ofDr. Jane and Dr. Carver and staff we were able to get them on a healthypath. Due to age we lost some of our cats and dog, The Doctors and Staffwere there for them and Us every step of our journey. The caring and understanding was amazing!! The Doctors always explained what was going on so that we understood how to take care of our animal family. We even received sympathy cards in the mail!! Wow!! You are Truly Amazing!! Dr. Carver and her staff are top notch. They have taken care of my dogs since 2015. To explain and show the compassion and dedication they have to their jobs I can sum by many examples. I will state my latest one: I have a Jack Russell Terrier who is 18 years old, she was under Dr Carver’s care until I moved to another part of Florida in August of 2019. Recently my dog has been declining. I reached out to Dr Carver’s office for advice. Her staff informed her of my situation, mind you I am no longer near the office and she hasn’t seen my dog since July of 2019, Dr Carver called me and we discussed quality of life. I asked her could I send her some videos of her and she said of course. When Dr Carver saw the video she called me and advised with such compassion to do what is best for my beloved Dotty. I am eternally grateful for Dr Carver and her staff for the care they provided me and others I know that trust their animals to her care. Dr. Carver is not only a vet she invests in the parent of the fur baby. I love you all at Town and Country! Naples this is the best vet and office in SWFL!
